The small Lake Annecy is a place of calm and rest in connection with this breathtaking and preserved nature.
Bredannaz, this hamlet of a few hundred houses, has a water sports centre, a hotel restaurant ** and direct access to the beaches.
It is located a few minutes from the town centres of Doussard or Duingt (2Km) accessible on foot, by bike or by car.
The residence has its own spacious beach, pontoon, playground, lawn and petanque courts
as well as tables and chairs in the shade of the trees for lunch, ensuring you space and tranquility even in high season.
SPORT, NATURE AND CULTURE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
The cycle path that goes around the lake passes a few dozen meters from the apartment and takes you to Annecy at 15KM.
